If your IPTV isn’t loading or playing smoothly, try these checks first. Test playback after each step.
Run a speed test on the device you use for streaming. Follow our recommended connection speed of 25 Mbps for HD, with additional capacity when several screens are watching at once. If Wi-Fi is unstable, try moving closer to the router or connecting through Ethernet.
Copy your Xtream Codes username, password and server address exactly as supplied. Preserve uppercase and lowercase letters in your credentials, remove accidental spaces and make sure each detail goes into the correct field.
Install the latest available player update from its official source, and check for device software updates. Reopen the app and test again.
Close the player completely and restart your streaming device. If the connection is also struggling, reboot your router or modem and wait until it reconnects before trying again. Restarting is different from a factory reset—do not erase your settings.
If your device provides this option, clear the IPTV app’s cache and reopen it. Choose “Clear cache” rather than “Clear data” or “Clear storage”, which can remove your saved login and settings.
If you already use a VPN, try another nearby server or temporarily disconnect it where appropriate, then test the same channel. Keep track of which configuration works better.
Still having trouble? Contact our bilingual support team with your device model, player name and the exact error message.
Pick the guide that matches the device you will actually watch on, not the brand of your television. A Fire TV Stick plugged into a Samsung TV needs the Amazon Fire TV guide, not the Samsung one. If two guides could apply, start with the streaming device rather than the screen it is connected to.
They arrive by email as soon as your payment clears. The welcome email carries the username and password the player app asks for, along with the server address where your subscription requires one. If it has not appeared, check your spam folder before you contact support.
Yes. Install a player on as many devices as you like and sign in with the same details on each one. What your plan limits is how many screens can stream at the same time, from one up to five. Going over that limit does not break anything; the next stream simply waits until another one stops.
Most devices that are not listed still work, because almost any player app accepts the same Xtream Codes or M3U details. Follow the guide for the closest platform: Android TV for most Android-based boxes, Windows or macOS for a computer. If you are not sure which one is closest, contact support with the make and model and we will tell you.
Player apps and device software change between versions, so a menu may sit somewhere else or use a slightly different word. The sequence stays the same: install a player, enter the details from your welcome email, wait for the channel list to load. Work through the guide by what each step is doing rather than matching the wording exactly, and contact support if a step has no equivalent on your screen.
Support is available around the clock in English and French. Contact support and tell us the device you are setting up, the player app you are using and what you see on screen at the step where it stops. That is usually enough to sort it out in one reply.
