Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the IPTV From Canada website and any subscription or trial obtained through it.

By placing an order, requesting a trial or using the website or service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any terms presented during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or request a trial.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and order information. Access credentials and order messages are delivered using the information supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity performed using them.

Nature of the Service

IPTV From Canada sells subscription access, delivers credentials and provides customer support. Video streams and programme availability may be supplied or operated through independent third-party service providers.

IPTV From Canada does not host or stream copyrighted video content on this website.

Content availability, channel lineups, programme schedules, catalogue sizes and stream quality can change. References to third-party brands, devices, applications, channels or services are for identification and compatibility information and do not by themselves imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Plans, Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions are prepaid for the duration and simultaneous-connection allowance selected at checkout. The total displayed price covers the selected term. A monthly equivalent may be shown to help customers compare plans, but it is not a monthly instalment unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Customers must review the selected plan, duration, device count, total price and order information before completing payment.

Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout.

No Automatic Renewal

Paid plans do not renew automatically. Access ends when the purchased term expires unless the customer chooses to purchase another term.

An expiry reminder does not create an automatic renewal or authorise a charge.

24-Hour Free Trial

A free trial lasts 24 hours and is intended to let a prospective customer test the service on their own device and internet connection.

No credit card is required for the trial.

A trial ends on its own and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Trial availability may be limited to one trial per person or household. Repeated, automated or abusive requests may be declined.

The 24-hour trial is separate from the 7-day money-back guarantee that applies to paid plans.

Simultaneous Connections

Each subscription permits the number of simultaneous connections selected and paid for at checkout, from one to five where those options are available.

The connection allowance refers to streams used at the same time. Installing a player on an additional compatible device does not by itself increase the simultaneous-stream allowance.

Customers must not deliberately bypass the connection limit.

Acceptable Use

Customers must not:

  • Share, sell, rent or distribute credentials outside their household.
  • Resell the service without an approved reseller agreement.
  • Exceed or circumvent the purchased simultaneous-connection allowance.
  • Restream, rebroadcast, publicly exhibit or redistribute content without the necessary rights.
  • Use bots, scripts or automated systems to abuse trials, accounts, support systems or the website.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website, service, supplier systems or another customer’s information.
  • Interfere with security, availability or normal operation.
  • Use the service for an unlawful purpose.

A material breach may result in restriction, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the breach. Where a breach is addressed by restricting or ending access, any refund question is decided under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law rather than automatically.

Devices, Applications and Internet Service

The customer is responsible for:

  • A compatible device.
  • A suitable player application.
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Internet and data charges.
  • Correct installation and account information.

Compatibility and performance vary between devices, operating systems, applications, networks and locations.

Installation guides and support are provided to help customers configure compatible equipment, but functionality cannot be guaranteed on every device or third-party application.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide stable access, but streaming performance depends on factors that may include the customer’s network, device, player, internet provider and third-party service infrastructure.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults, network issues or events outside reasonable control.

A specific channel, programme, event, title, resolution or schedule is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Customers should test important content during the 24-hour trial where possible.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

VPN and Network Configuration

Customers may use lawful network and privacy tools where permitted. IPTV From Canada does not guarantee that every VPN, proxy, DNS service or network configuration will work with every stream or third-party application.

Customers remain responsible for complying with the law and the terms of any third-party service they use.

Refunds

Every paid Standard and Premium plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the Refund Policy.

The 7-day period concerns paid subscriptions and is separate from the free 24-hour trial.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Where these Terms and the Refund Policy conflict concerning refund eligibility or procedure, the Refund Policy governs that issue.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud or payment abuse.
  • Unauthorised resale or credential distribution.
  • Deliberate circumvention of connection limits.
  • Unauthorised restreaming or redistribution.
  • Security attacks or attempted unauthorised access.
  • Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
  • A legal requirement.

Where appropriate, support may contact the customer or provide an opportunity to correct the issue.

Termination does not remove payment, recordkeeping or legal obligations that arose before termination.

Intellectual Property

The IPTV From Canada website design, original text, original graphics, logo and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Third-party trademarks, device names, app names, network names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their use for identification or compatibility information does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service and any content accessed complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Copyright complaints should be directed through our contact and support page.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV From Canada is not responsible for interruptions, content changes or performance problems caused by customer equipment, internet connections, third-party applications, payment providers or independent service suppliers.

IPTV From Canada is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the website, service or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.

Where required, material changes will be communicated or consent will be requested. Continued use does not replace consent where the law requires it.

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through our contact and support page.
