This policy explains how IPTV From Canada handles copyright concerns relating to this website and services supplied through independent third-party providers.
We Respect Intellectual Property Rights
IPTV From Canada respects the intellectual-property rights of copyright owners, creators, broadcasters and other rights holders.
IPTV From Canada sells subscription access, delivers account credentials and provides customer support. We do not host or stream copyrighted video content on this website. Video streams, channels and on-demand content may be operated or supplied by independent third-party providers.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any television network, broadcaster, production studio, streaming platform or sports league unless a relationship is expressly stated.
If you believe that material associated with our website or a service we provide infringes your copyright, you may submit a detailed copyright notice for review.
What We Can Do
IPTV From Canada may not host or directly control the material identified in a copyright notice.
Depending on the location of the material and the control available to us, we may:
- Review the information supplied in the notice.
- Request missing or clarifying information.
- Remove or disable material hosted directly on this website.
- Forward a complete notice to the relevant third-party provider.
- Restrict access within our technical or contractual control.
- Preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary.
- Notify an affected customer or provider where appropriate.
- Cooperate with a valid legal request when required by applicable law.
Submitting a notice does not by itself establish that copyright infringement has occurred. Only a court or another legally authorised decision-maker can make a binding determination of infringement.
We cannot guarantee the removal of material that is hosted, transmitted or controlled by an independent third party.
How to Submit a Copyright Notice
Submit your copyright concern through our contact page and begin the subject or first line of your message with:
Copyright Notice
To help us locate and review the material, include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- The name of the copyright owner, if you are acting on someone else’s behalf.
- A statement explaining your authority to act for the copyright owner.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material or activity you believe is infringing.
- Information reasonably sufficient to locate the material, such as an exact webpage URL, channel name, programme or content title, and the date and time it was observed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If your notice concerns several works, you may provide a representative list, together with enough information to locate each item or category of material involved.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials or personal information unrelated to the copyright concern.
Incomplete notices may be delayed while we request the information required to understand and investigate the complaint.
How We Review a Notice
1. Submission received
We receive the notice through our published contact method and check whether it contains enough information to identify the claimant, protected work and material at issue.
2. Information reviewed
We review the details provided and determine whether the identified material is located on this website, under our control or supplied through an independent provider.
3. Appropriate action considered
Depending on the circumstances, we may request more information, remove material under our control, forward the notice to the relevant provider or take another action reasonably available to us.
4. Response provided
Where a response is appropriate, we use the contact information in the notice to explain the status of the review or request additional information.
We aim to review complete copyright notices promptly. The time required depends on the information provided, the location of the material and whether investigation or action by an independent third party is required.
We do not guarantee that every notice will be resolved within a fixed period.
Material Controlled by Third-Party Providers
Channel lineups, programmes, streams and on-demand libraries may be controlled by independent third-party providers.
When a sufficiently detailed notice concerns material controlled by one of those providers, IPTV From Canada may forward the notice and the information reasonably necessary to investigate it.
The provider may apply its own copyright process, request additional information or communicate directly with the claimant. IPTV From Canada cannot guarantee how an independent provider will decide or resolve a complaint.
A rights holder may also need to contact the hosting provider, platform, broadcaster, network operator or other organization that directly controls the material.
Canadian Copyright Notices
Canada’s Copyright Act includes a Notice and Notice regime for certain internet intermediaries, including certain Internet service providers and hosting providers.
A Canadian copyright notice generally identifies:
- The claimant and the claimant’s interest or rights in the work.
- The copyrighted work involved.
- The electronic location associated with the alleged infringement.
- The activity alleged to infringe copyright.
- The date and time of the alleged activity.
IPTV From Canada does not represent itself as an Internet service provider. When a Canadian copyright concern is submitted directly to us, we review it according to the role and control we actually have. We may request more information or forward the concern to the appropriate independent provider.
For official information, see the Government of Canada’s Notice and Notice guidance.
Notices from Other Jurisdictions
We may review a sufficiently detailed copyright notice submitted under the law of another jurisdiction.
Submitting a notice described as a United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice does not, by itself, establish that the U.S. DMCA applies to IPTV From Canada or that IPTV From Canada qualifies for a legal protection under that law.
Where a notice relies on a particular foreign law, the sender is responsible for including the statements and information required by that law.
IPTV From Canada does not claim to have a registered U.S. DMCA designated agent unless that registration is expressly confirmed on this page.
Responses and Claims of Mistake
If IPTV From Canada removes or restricts material under its direct control and an affected party believes the action resulted from a mistake or incorrect identification, that party may contact us and provide:
- Their full name and contact information.
- Identification of the material affected.
- Its location before it was removed or restricted.
- An explanation of why the action resulted from a mistake or incorrect identification.
- Any supporting permission, licence or other relevant information.
- Their physical or electronic signature.
If the action was taken by an independent provider, any response or counter-notification may need to be submitted directly through that provider’s process. Where possible, we will explain the next available step.
This section does not replace a statutory counter-notification process that may apply in another jurisdiction.
False or Misleading Claims
Copyright notices are legal communications. Anyone submitting a notice should ensure that the information is accurate and that they are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may have legal consequences under applicable law.
Before submitting a notice, consider whether the use may be authorised by the copyright owner, covered by a licence or permitted by an applicable exception. If you are uncertain, consider obtaining advice from a qualified legal professional.
Privacy and Disclosure
Copyright notices may contain personal information. We use that information to assess, document and respond to the concern.
Information in a notice may be shared with:
- The party responsible for the material.
- An independent service or content provider.
- A hosting provider or platform.
- A professional adviser.
- A government authority or court where required by law.
We share only the information reasonably necessary to investigate, forward or respond to the notice or meet a legal obligation.
For more information about how we handle personal information, review our Privacy Policy.
Repeated or Serious Violations
Where IPTV From Canada controls a relevant customer or service relationship, repeated or serious violations of copyright requirements or our Terms & Conditions may result in restrictions, suspension or termination after review.
Receiving an allegation does not automatically establish infringement or result in termination.
Trademarks and Brand References
All third-party trademarks, logos, service marks, application names, device names, channel names and brand names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners.
These references are used for identification, compatibility or descriptive purposes. They do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
No Legal Advice
This policy describes how copyright concerns may be submitted to IPTV From Canada. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice or create a lawyer-client relationship.
Copyright rules vary by jurisdiction and circumstances. Anyone requiring advice about copyright ownership, licensing, infringement or enforcement should consult a qualified legal professional.
